As we were exploring Edisto Island, we came across a (controlled) fire at sunset.
The woods looked so pretty all lit-up that we couldn't help but turn the car around and admire*, until a man on a tractor may or may not have spotted us and we scurried off.

in the last picture, above the person on the left there's a dark shape in the sky which I assume it's just leaves and branches but it gave me the sensation of being a big-dangerous thing-that-flies... of course you ran off!!

pretty how the line of fire looks like a continuation of the sunset. but yeah...don't get in the way of controlled burns ;)
