weekend (in dordogne).

I spent the past week (back) in Dordogne for Aran's food styling and photography workshop. It's almost overwhelming being exposed to so much inspiration in such a short amount of time.

Aside from what I learned about food styling and photography, I came away with a new role model. Aran is the essence of poise and beauty. She's magnetic -- the kind of person you just want to listen to, the kind of person you feel like you've known forever. Plus, she cries when she laughs and that might be my favorite quality a person can have.

Your photographs are beautiful, as always. Where will you be this week, before you head to Amsterdam on the 17th?
