To be honest, I was slightly disappointed in Paris last summer. After living in a castle in the French countryside, Paris just felt like another big city.

But when I arrived in Paris last night, something clicked. It felt familiar and cozy and like the most special place in the world. What was I even thinking?
I could watch the sunset over the Seine every day for the rest of my life.

When I first visited Paris when I was 20, that's exactly what I thought "Just another big city." I'd love to go back now that I'm a bit older and see if I feel any different. Hopefully I'll get that chance!
