a little film about dordogne.

I'm spending September in the Dordogne countryside. Here's a little peek into my time so far -- afternoons by the river, eating fruit off trees, walking through vineyards, naked babies, peaceful mornings in the kitchen, and Lucien spinning in circles until he falls (which, he discovered, is a fast way to make me die laughing).

P.S. Another little film featuring Lucien's snort-giggle.

I watched this on FB yesterday and died (over both the video and the song -- from Amelie, right?). I'm happy for you that you've had such an amazing experience traveling. I wish I could have done some traveling before I got my job! Beautiful little film, as always. xo

Lucien's little hat just slays me! And that bunting over the bridge! And his pink pants and orange bag over his head! ha!

Your best video yet. Love the music choice and your editing is spot on! You should do a tips post on what you use and how you do it. :) Love the fading especially!

This video reminds me of my days in France when me and my boyfriend went to his cousin in Aix. Her children are absolutely adorable, and they eat every thing! Patès, olives, foie gras and other things that children back in Scandinavia even wouldn't have touched!! Just a big reminder of how culture not only forms our behavior but also our taste buds!

Enjoy your time there to the fullest!

Greetings from Halina, Norway
