If you really look at these pictures, you can tell how breathtaking it must have been to actually be there. The mountains, water (I think I see water?), and amazing architecture all together are unbelievable.

I took a month long trip through Europe around the same time you did. I've been dreaming of it ever since... I can't wait to go back. Wish I had been able to make a stop in Scotland. It looks so beautiful.

The overview of that first picture reminds me of Gangs of New York for some reason lol. And I can't get over those castles (castles!)..so, so pretty!
