As far as I'm concerned, wine and cheese is accepted as the best duo of all time. I can't think of one circumstance where I would turn it down, especially when paired with a fresh-baked baguette.
There is a wine and cheese bar dangerously close to my apartment, complete with a lovely French owner who is always there to help you choose from the extensive menu. The rustic decor, soft lighting, and mismatched furniture (all for sale, it doubles as an antique shop) seem too good to be true and stir up memories of Provence (or more specifically, the time we spent all our money on cheese). A night at Bin with my girlfriends is all I ever want in life. I have a sneaking suspicion this is going to become a habit.

mm i remember one of the best nights my girls and i had was at a sangria bar in raleigh and we bought a giant plate of different cheeses. it was such a good night:)
bread & cheese heal all wounds (including nights spent with a giant roach!), hope your mood has been lifted!
i'm not so big into wine (crazy! i know!) but i would never turn down anything paired with a fresh baguette - oh, i love my bread!

the other night my friends and i tried to come up with a food that would taste bad with cheese. and we literally couldn't! but wine + cheese + baguette? nothing is better really. unless maybe we add pear into the equation.

Ooh, this place sounds divine! You can't beat good friends, great wine, and tasty cheese and baguette.
oh goodness, now i have the BIGGEST, most giant craving for bread and cheese and wine! mmmm, what is a better snack than that?! (well, the amount i could eat in one sitting is as big as a meal, not a snack ;))

A wine and cheese bar sounds so sophisticated! When I turn 21, that is going to be my celebratory dinner/treat type thing.
i agree that there is not a more perfect pairing than wine and cheese...in face, you've inspired me to have just that for dinner tonight...oh and maybe some kalamata olives! mmmmm :)
