greece is the one place in europe i didn't get to visit when i studied abroad and i am absolutely dying to go! i completely understand your wanderlust... i try to cure mine by waking up with that same "what new adventure will i discover today?" attitude right here in chicago! (much easier without the winter blizzards!) :)

Isn't Greece wonderful?
I've been there countless times and live in a house with a mother who has so much Greek pride that sometimes I get annoyed with the fact that I popped out of the womb as a Greek with no say - Greeks, moreso than most cultures, have so much pride and tend to think Greek 24/7; it can be really overbearing sometimes.
But then I re-visit and remember why I love it so. Sure, it's got many problems at the moment, but nothing can beat the sea (the blue-est waters of the Mediterranean!), the cuisine, and the vivaciousness of all people and objects..

gorgeous photos; i get wanderlust really bad this time of year too and springtime is the time that we've always started our epic road trips. now a trip to europe, that's even more epic! my first stop would be greece or at least my most-anticipated. i want to dive into that deep blue water and soak up sun on those sparkling white rooftops. lucky you, well actually smart you for planning this trip! can't wait to hear all about your journeys this year.

Those photos are beautiful!! I find myself dreaming of my last trip to France in 2007. My heart is there, or a piece of it. Oh my gosh, you're going to have so much fun! I wasn't too much of a traveler until my bf took me to Rome and Paris...and I have been itching to leave the country again ever since!

I hope you guys have an amazing time! If you can, go to Berlin I think you would love it. it's one of my favorite cities ever, so much art and culture. we were there this last weekend and i posted a couple on my blog... definitely have traveling on my mind right now too!

that last picture reminds me of some movie shot in Greece Mamma Mia or maybe it was Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Ether way it's all beautiful! It's on my must see before I die list!

And Anthony Bourdain's Provence episode was AMAZING! I couldn't get over it!

So jealous of your trip! Absolutely try to get to Berlin!! My husband and I lived there for 5 months last year. I can not say enough wonderful things about it.

ughhh i just wantched the provence episode last night. and i cannot express in words (ever) how in love with that place i am now. it's just so perfect. they drive on the shady side of the road. i love it.

i have been having a terrible need to travel recently, myself.
