we went to savannah and pretended we were in switzerland.

during our twenty-four hour trip to savannah we (sadly) had to
turn down paula dean's restaurant. it is only open for brunch on
sundays, and as vegetarians there is not much we could have eaten
there anyway. since we couldn't do the traditional southern thing
(and since we live in charleston anyway) we decided to opt for
something completely different... fondue! tyler had never been to
a fondue restaurant, and seeing as two of his favorite foods
are cheese and white chocolate, it was his dream come true.

we have been craving it every day since...

i love cheesy fondue! {better than chocolate fondue in my opinion}

interesting, i didn't realize you were a vegetarian!

and ever since watching the office episode with andy's comment about the savannah accent, i've tried imagining you with a southern accent. because clearly you must have one? how cute!

Yum, fondue has to be one of the best things ever invented! When I visited Switerland we went to Interlocken and did night sledding (I would highly recommend) which was followed by a traditional fondue dinner; it had me smitten with that country and their food at first bite. Glad you guys have a wonderful trip to Savannah!

Fondue! I love fondue, it's the best. There's a little restaurant here in Cambridge that has the best fondue and hard cider. Really, it's the best combination.

fondue is so good... and the best thing is cheese fondue for dinner & chocolate fondue for dessert! (unfortunately it is also the best thing for being so full of incredibly rich food that you want to die after dinner...)

I've been to paula deens and it's not anything to sneeze at. It wasn't knock-me-out-of-the-park good. So I think you're choice was much better and so pretty! You are made for the color red, Olivia!

yum I love fondue (cheese and chocolate!). It's so so good! There's a chain called the Melting Pot in California (and maybe other states) but it's really expensive! My dad has a fondue pot so he makes it and it's really easy!
